All of my designs are made upon order, so please allow at least 3 business days for your purchase to leave my workshop - shipping transit times given at checkout are in addition to the time it takes to prepare your purchase.
Customization may be possible with regard to item size or color. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have about customizing a design and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Due to the limited nature of some materials, certain designs may only be available in limited quantities. I will remove items from the site when I am no longer able to acquire the pieces to make them. However if several orders arrive in the same day for such an item, they will be filled in the order they are received and I will issue your choice of a refund or exchange for those that I am unable to complete.
If you would like shipment outside the United States and the Standard shipping option appears as $0 during checkout, unfortunately this does not mean I will be able to provide you with free shipping. In this case please send me an email and I will add your country to my shipping template so that a Standard rate becomes available to you.
If an error occurs and a shipping amount is not added to an order during checkout, I will email you to confirm the total that will be added to your order before shipment.
