If you are unsatisfied with one of my pieces due to product defect, let me know and I will be happy to repair or replace it at no additional charge within 30 days of receipt.
If your purchase is damaged during shipping please save the packaging it arrived in and notify me within 30 days of receipt so that I may assist you in filing a claim with the postal carrier. You may email DawnsBoutique@comcast.net, or call 561-635-9733.
Please be aware that many of the materials incorporated within my designs can be fragile. For example, beads can be chipped or crushed if they are not handled with care during the course of use. I cannot be held responsible for these types of damages after your purchase is received.
