Q: I have already registered, so why do I get an error when I try to Log In?
A: Please make sure to use the same capitalization for both your email and password that you used during registration. If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve it by clicking the "Service" link at the top right corner of the page, then clicking the "Lost Password" link at the bottom of the Service page. Q: Can you make a bracelet or necklace longer or shorter?
A: Many items can be customized for fit, and sometimes color, often at no additional charge. If you have a question about customizing an item please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Q: What is the best way to take care of my jewelry and avoid tarnish?
A: Store your jewelry in an airtight container, like a ziploc bag, to ward off tarnish. You may also gently polish it with a soft cloth &/or use a mild jewelry polish - just make sure it says it's safe for all types of metals & stones before you use it! I sell Sunshine Polishing Cloths in the "Everything Else!" section of the website.
